Noble Horizons is an extraordinarily beautiful retirement community located on 104 wooded acres in the town of Salisbury, in picturesque northwestern Connecticut. There you will find meandering roads, broad sweeps of lawn and a pond surrounded by birches, flowering shrubs, and perennials. 

 

Residents may enter Noble Horizons at any one of four distinct levels of living, each carefully designed to accommodate their physical, social, and healthcare needs.

These levels include fully independent living in cottages, a residential hotel, intermediate care with nursing supervision, and skilled care with 24-hour nursing supervision and memory care.

In Wagner Terrace, Noble’s intermediate care wing, 15 rooms are set aside to meet the needs of short-term rehabilitation residents. 

Another option, The Suites at Cobble Pond, offers two-room apartments with kitchenettes, each opening to a private patio overlooking the pond.

 

Also available at Noble is the eXtend Rehabilitation Center and Spa, which serves Noble’s independent living residents as well as residents of the Salisbury area. The center includes a spa room where residents and eXtend clients can relax with a massage or other spa services.
